SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Join a small motivating group environment with one-to-one attention to achieve results you can feel. The Metafit group workout is an effective and simple program that gets results. It is the original HIIT workout using big muscle groups with simple, non-choreographed, high intensity intervals to set the metabolism on fire. Not available online, it has to be experienced live with a qualified coach.
