Small group training

Join a small motivating group environment with one-to-one attention to achieve results you can feel. Small group classes are super social; you can catch up with friends and have fun while also getting fit! You can also spread the cost amongst a group which makes it cheaper than a one-on-one session. Our small group training has a maximum of four people per group. A plan can be designed specifically for your group's needs and goals.

Metafit

Another option for our small group training is joining a Metafit class. The Metafit group workout is an effective and simple program that gets results. It is the original full body HIIT workout using big muscle groups with simple, non-choreographed, high intensity intervals. This 30 minute workout will set the metabolism on fire. Not available online, it has to be experienced live with a qualified coach. Lou is a qualified Metafit Coach.
