Designed for you to achieve your goals. The ultimate investment in your fitness. My method is based on education, knowledge and fun. We are all unique and whatever your starting place, when you work directly with me I will help you reach your goals and discover what fitness and strength means to you. 

My approach to fitness coaching

My specialty is exercise prescription. After our initial consultation, I take on what you want to achieve and then determine what exercises will help you achieve that. The exercises are prescribed based on what your goals are and tailored to your needs. Technique and intention are also important - how you do the exercises helps determine your results. My philosophy is strength training and training for every day life. I want to help you live your best life - whether that's walking up a hill every day, running around with your kids, or running a marathon. I try and support people in whatever way I can.

Why personal training?

When you book a private training session with me, you get one-on-one attention. You are carving out a little bit of time from your busy day to focus on yourself and what you want to achieve. Having one-on-one support also helps to ensure your technique is correct, the exercises I choose are right for you and your goals, and you get results faster.  One-on-one sessions can also help complement your group classes - they become more effective because you can be confident your technique is correct.
