Personal trainer & small group fitness coach
I enjoy helping people to fall in love with exercise as a lifelong habit - understanding the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing benefits of staying active as we age and move through life's changes. I'm committed to providing the knowledge, support and environment for you to achieve sustainable results.​

My background
I hold a PhD in Molecular Genetics, but after having children decided more life balance was required, so I turned to fitness coaching. I am a qualified Metafit coach, and have a Level 3 National Certificate in Fitness (Exercise Consulting), and a Level 4 Certificate in Fitness (Personal Training). I'm also a qualified Yoga instructor. As well as fitness coaching from own studio, I am also a group fitness trainer for Les Mills gym.
My fitness philosophy
My specialty is Exercise Prescription. I work with you to achieve whatever it is you want to get out of exercise, and make sure your exercise programme is designed to work towards that goal. I try and support my clients in whatever way I can.
